We Want the Ice Rink!

Hello everyone! Well, remember the Soccer Pitch? It opened up at the Penguin Games in August 08, and has been around since. But me and Cafina decided we wanted the Ice Rink back. Winter is coming, and ice skating and hockey would be more fun in the snow than soccer. Cafina and I went on strike!

OK, we really didn't, but we sent emails to Club Penguin. Here is what I wrote, and what I received:

Dear Club Penguin,

Your site ROCKS! It's my all-time favorite site. I am constantly writing to
you, telling you how awesome you are and how you can make the site EVEN BETTER.
Well, this is one of those letters.

Way back in August '08, the Penguin Games were here and you had the Soccer
Pitch! It was very cool (I am a member and I was allowed to go in before it
officially opened up) and I loved it. And when it opened up on the map, I was
even happier!

But now it's getting boring. You said it was temporary, but it's been here
for...about two and a half months! Winter is coming soon. Isn't it time for the
Ice Rink to come back with its wintery fun?

I don't mean to say it has to come back NOW. But please let it come back for at
least Christmas! I love the Ice Rink!

Your biggest fan,
Peggie Quin

Here's what they wrote back to me:

Hello Peggie Quin,

Thank you very much for your suggestion and let me assure you your thoughts are
very important to us here at Club Penguin.

It is true the Soccer Pitch has been there for quite a while now and I agree
the Hockey Rink would be a nice touch for winter. I will be sure to mention at
our next ideas meeting you would like to see the rink back as soon as possible.

If you have any other questions, concerns or suggestions Peggie Quin please be
sure to let us know.

Have a wonderful day,

Steph
