Hi everyone!How's it going? Well, you know where Cafina and I went! Costa Rica! That's a cool country way off in South America. We did lots of cool things... visited Arenal Volcano, went horseback riding in Monteverde, bungee jumped 66 feet (well, Cafina didn't do that) and hung out on the beach!

I've been to Costa Rica before. I went to Arenal and Monteverde, along with one other place on the coast with lots of monkeys. I was in 2nd or 3rd grade and was terrified of Arenal (We had just learned about the 72 AD Pompeii Mount Vesuvius volcano eruption) I saw all 4 of the monkey species that lived there, as well as a swarm of squirrel monkeys (which are endangered), we were just finishing a walk through a forest when tons of squirrel monkeys appeared in the town we were in. They were all over! The people who worked in restaurants nearby hated them, though. Anyways, Costa Rica is awesome. Except for the plane ride, it's really long...
