4th Anniversary Pin: Just Retouched?

Hi everyone! First off, the new pin (the 4th Anniversary Pin) is in the boiler room! It's probably the same colors as the party hat. I'm thrilled, because PURPLE is on there, and any hat with purple is OK to wear, LOL...

But now to a more serious issue. Club Penguin said that no two pins are the same. EVER! But this one looks incredibly similar to last year's Anniversary Pin. Just with different colors and a 4 instead of a 3. Check it out:
