Well, I am 99% sure that this is a fake. First of all, the above picture and the below picture are both from a site called "Ninja O Dark CP Club," which you can click HERE to see.
The owner of the blog has written via post "Allot of you have been asking for my drawings to come back! So here they are! Feel free to use them on your site! Just give me credit as they are mine!" They are DRAWINGS, not real pics (I think so, at least!)
And secondly, take a look at this fire. It's actually quite good, but Club Penguin draws fire differently. You can tell the difference between CP's fire and this:
