Newspaper OUT!

Hey penguins! The new newspaper is OUT (yay!) and now, luckily, we can find out more about the puffle-y stuff that's going to be going on at the Puffle Party.

#1-A member puffle show will be held in the Ski Village. It includes an challenging obstacle course...

#2-It's been confirmed! Orange puffles have been sighted all over Club Penguin, according to the newspaper. A carrot colored puffle...this means only one thing! A NEW ORANGE PUFFLE! Yipee!

#3-If any of you do the word searches on the newspaper, I do, it's fun, you might have noticed that even the word search has to do with puffles!

Newspaper Release!

Hi everyone! Club Penguin has been able to squash the bugs that kept the newspaper from running, so it's out now. Here's the scoop on the upcoming events:

The new play, Secrets of the Bamboo Forest, is coming up on February 12. There will be many new costumes, from a monkey to a phoenix- and one of the characters even has a special power! The actors will have to leave the stage to search for a special treasure- so get ready for it tomorrow!
The much-loved Puffle Party kicks off on February 19. It's going to be HUGE! It's going to sport a new room for white puffles, and also a members-only event to show off their puffles' talents. Keep an eye out for any *new* kinds of puffles...

Upcoming Events!

Hey penguins! Well, the new newspaper is out, so why waste time? Here goes!

1. The Puffle Party arrives in Club Penguin on February 19th, ending on the twenty fifth. Does anyone remember last year's party? It was a huge success. I'm hoping this one will be too!

2. The Secrets of the Bamboo Forest...does that sound mysterious? I think so. It comes out on the Stage February twelfth. A legendary Golden Feather and a daring Monkey King...sounds interesting.

New Newspaper!

Hi everyone! Well, the new newspaper is out and the new news is in, so I better get started!

First off... did you look at the date? December 31! In approximately 15 more hours, it will be... 2010! Club Penguin has promised us lots of new stuff for the New Year, so your eyes peeled!

More holiday-themed Igloo Contest Winners are being announced in the newspaper. Congratulations to the winners and the runner-ups as well!
Last, but not least, Fairy Fables is returning to the Stage for the third time. This is actually a pretty good play, though, with a cool set and AWESOME sheep costume!

New Newspaper!

Hey penguins! Well, as Peggie likes to put it, "the new newspaper is out, and the new info is in!" That phrase is really good...well, anyway, let's just cut down to the chase.

1. On December 2oth, Coins For Change is coming to an end! So everyone, donate your coins quickly before it finishes up! The results will be announced on December 24th. So, again, make sure to join in and try to break our goal for Coins For Change!2. The annual Deck The Halls Igloo contest is coming. Make your igloos as creative and Christmassy as possible, and then submit them. The twenty winners will get 25,000 coins for their prize and a special postcard from the judges. Who are these judges? We don't know yet... The twenty runner-ups will receive15,00 coins, their name published in the Club Penguin Times, and a special postcard from the mysterious judges. It is December 18-20th!3. January 1st, something awesome will happen! The amazing fireworks! I love the fireworks so much, they are awesome! Check out the Iceberg or the Ski Hill for the best views.
4. January first, the latest styles will come out. Look at the newest catalog and even make some new designs!

5. Jam to some new tunes on December 25th (Christmas Day!) in your igloo.

6. The famous, Penguin Play Award winning play, Quest For The Golden Puffle, arrives on December 25th again!

New Newspaper

Hi everyone! Today the new newspaper came out, and it's all about the new wintry events going on. Everyone's getting into the holiday spirit! Check out these events:

Coins for ChangeThis is the SPIRIT of Christmas! All penguins can donate to those less fortunate, and of course the environment. Giving is the idea behind Christmas, so start saving those coins!
(And check out that silver bell the red penguin is holding)

Christmas Party
In the Christmas Party, there are decorations, cookies, carolers, and so many wonderful things from the holidays. It doesn't matter if you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or any other winter holiday- this party is awesome for everyone!

Igloo Decorating Contest
What better way is there to celebrate the holidays than by decorating your igloo? Buy from tomorrow's catalogs, decorate to perfection, and then on the 18-20 you can submit your igloo to the judges!

RockhopperThe plundering pirate, the man with the plan, the fierce fowl, the bearded buccaneer- (okay, I'll stop now XD) is coming back to town! And this time he's returning with bags of Coins for Change igloo gear and other goodies.

New Newspaper & New Information!

Hey penguins! The new newspaper is out, and it has a LOT of information on the upcoming events. Let's get started with Coins For Change.
Coins For Change is coming on December 11th, brought by our one and only Captain Rockhopper! Last year, he brought a special version of Treasure Hunt, but this year, there's going to be something totally new! Keep an eye out for Rockhopper and his crazy ship, the Migrator!

Of course, my favorite Club Penguin party...Christmas!The party begins on December 18th, and I'm sure it will be fantastic! Hurry and wrap your presents, decorate the igloo, and bundle up for Christmas!

Send your buddies some new postcards for the holiday season!Postcards are always another good way to communicate with your friends without talking. Plus if you can't buy them a gift, this will be a perfect substitute!

New Newspaper

Hi everyone! It's Thanksgiving, but I never take a day off from the news. So here's the news:

Card-Jitsu FireYEAH! This fireball of fun crashed into the island one day early, and ever since then it's been really popular. Club Penguin really worked hard on this one. It's located in the Fire Dojo (AKA VOLCANO!) Looking for a guide on how to play? Click HERE!

Snowy FestivalWell, in honor of the frosty chill that's settled over Club Penguin, penguins are going to PARTY! The Ice Rink will return, we'll have new sleds and sports gear, and we'll get to hang out in the Great Snow Maze (which will have a prize at the end!)

Coins for ChangeAround Christmas time, Club Penguin hosts a program called Coins for Change. In Coins for Change, penguins everywhere can donate their coins to charitable foundations like kids who can't go to school, the environment, sick people, kids who have lost their parents to war, etc. Then our coins are converted into REAL money that is really donated!

Winter Sports GearWe haven't had a Snow and Sports catalog in a while, so we're getting one on Friday! This will be truly awesome, because we're getting new racing sleds as well for the snowy celebration taking place!

Quest for the Golden PuffleOh no! You know Club Penguin's getting desperate when a play is being re-run for the third time. However, it is a good play and won quite a lot of Penguin Play Awards. It has a lot of action and suspense as well... so hold onto your hats!

Hi everyone! Well, as you all probably know, we're smack in the middle of November. Many upcoming events are being prepared for as we speak, and the excitement of the island is rising faster than you can say "ninja!" So let's get started with the newspaper...

Card-Jitsu Fire

The beginning of our newest ninja path, Card-Jitsu Fire, is starting up on November 24. It's going to be epic, with fiery fun and up to four penguins playing at once. The fire version of the popular game is sure to revolutionize Card-Jitsu. Be sure to log in on the upcoming Tuesday!


Snowy Celebration

For November's party, we're going to have a brand-new party. It's going to be a snowy celebration of winter, and we'll have everything from a new Snow and Sports catalog to modern racing sleds (look at the picture!) to a Great Snow Maze for members. Don't miss the fun from November 27-29!


Ice Rink ReturningPhew, the beloved Ice Rink is coming back! You know, I think we've been having the soccer pitch for about 60% of the year. It'll be great for it to come back just in time for the snowy festival in the Ski Village.
(Hey, remember the time Cafina and I wrote to Club Penguin asking for it to come back, and they actually brought it back for us?)


New Furniture and Igloo UpgradesIs your igloo still Halloween-y? LOL, mine was for a while until I changed into a Thanksgiving-y place a few days ago. Well, the new Better Igloos and Igloo Upgrades catalogs are coming out tomorrow! Isn't it weird Club Penguin is skipping Thanksgiving? And do you recognize the bottom picture from last year? I DO!

New Newspaper & Upcoming Events!

Hey everyone! The new newspaper is out!

1. The Fair (it's not the Fall Fair, but The Fair) starts tomorrow and ends September 13th. Play games to earn tickets, and then use your tickets to buy prizes at the Prize Booths. Use your tickets that you earned right away, because they won't be there when you log off!
Also, the entrance to the Great Puffle Circus is located in the Forest. (It is only for members.)

2. Rockhopper is arriving on the same day the Fall Fair begins! Yay! I'll bet he's bringing something really cool for us!
3. The new stage play comes out September 11 to October 8! It's a replay...The Penguins That Time Forgot.
4. The Penguin Tales book is out on September 11! Check the Book Room to read the newest penguin stories!

5. New Penguin Style clothing catalog comes out on September 4th! Fall fashion for penguins everywhere.

Hi everyone! Well the newspaper finally came out a while ago, sorry I couldn't post it until now- there is some big news in the paper that I don't want you to miss! So here goes...

#1- LAST CHANCE for Writing Contest!If you've ever wanted to be a penguin writer, this is your last chance! The Snowball Press is looking for well-written stories on these topics- Hiking Vikings, Wacky Wildlife, Ultimate Igloo Dance Parties, and Turning Blue and Tipping the Iceberg. This is the last week to enter!

#2- Color Votes Being Counted...This is it, everyone! The second-ever Club Penguin Color Vote. The vote is off, and the winning color will be released on August 7th in the Penguin Style catalog! Which color will win- lavender, aqua, or maroon?

#3- Small Problem May Need BIG SOLUTIONThe glass in the Underground Pool needs replacing. "The last time we left it too long, it cracked," says Gary. We are going to have to find a solution to replace it... but how will we do that and not flood the island? I smell a party! Check the news next week for details.

So we're waiting for a lot of answers. Which stories will be in the next book? Which color won the vote? And HOW will Gary manage to replace the glass? We'll find out as much as we can!

New (exciting!) Newspaper

Hi everyone!

This week's newspaper is filled with news! And, I'm happy to say, exciting news. Usually it's boring stuff. That's not the case this week!


The Music Jam '09 starts tomorrow! Get out your instruments and get in the mood to groove! :D


I have excellent news for all musical penguins- the Penguin Band and Cadence are coming to the Music Jam! How awesome is that? I can't wait to meet both of them again :)


Lastly, WE GET TO PICK A NEW PENGUIN COLOR! Yes! The last time we did this was 3 years ago, and we picked lime green. Now, the choices are lavender, maroon, and aqua. Voting will take place from June 24-29!

New Newspaper! (and Penguin Band confirmed)

Hi everyone! The news is out, and the info is in! (Boy, I do use that phrase a lot.) Anyway... we have two important events coming up.

1. Ruby and the Ruby

That's right- Miss Ruby, Jacque Hammer, and the rest of the crew are returning to the Stage! This play is a mystery- but that's not all. Somewhere in the Stage is a ruby, and it's up to you to find it! :D


2. The Penguin BandThe island-famous pop sensation, the Penguin Band, is returning to the island! Composed of four amazing musicians: Petey K (piano and accordion), G Billy, (drums), Stompin' Bob (bass), Franky (guitar). They are going to be hanging out Backstage during the Music Jam!


If you're lucky to meet them Backstage, you can get a sweet Penguin Band autograph background! Here's what it looks like.

Hi everyone! The new newspaper came out today. Here's the news you need to hear!

1. Music Jam
That's right- the Music Jam is coming up soon! It will go on for a while, from July 17-26. That party is all about rocking, singing, and having fun! It was the first party this blog ever posted about, :).


2. Sensei's VisitWell, all non-ninjas, listen up! If you don't have a black belt yet, hurry to get one. The Sensei will be making visits to the Ninja Hideout from July 3-5. He said he will be "teaching us a new move!" What is it? BECOME A NINJA TO FIND OUT!
